80W halogen tube in the lighting part that provides a good general light, the fan motor is silent and has three speeds. Both parts are activated by two metal cords that hang down, but it is also possible to connect a remote control/wall control if you want a more flexible approach.
The one with the included 80W halogen tube in the lighting part provides a very good general light.

10-year warranty on the fan motor and the fan is reversible (can be set whether the fan should push down or pull up the heat, which makes it useful even in winter).
