Ordering

Please contact us as soon as you discover the error. If we already handled / sent your order, we can unfortunately not make any adjustments afterwards.

Changes can only be made to orders that have not been picked for packing. Keep in mind that we have a fast flow on our orders and that it is therefore important to contact customer service as soon as possible.

When it says on the product that it is an Non-stock-item, it means that it is a product that we have not stocked or that it is temporarily out of stock with us. This means that we then order the product from the respective supplier.

Please note that the delivery time at the product is a guideline on how many weekdays it takes before the product reaches our warehouse. Delivery times may differ depending on which supplier it is and there may also be delivery delays from our suppliers. For longer delivery times or final sales, we will return to you as soon as we have received this information from our supplier.

Register the code in the shopping cart under step one "Do you have a gift card or a discount code?"

Keep in mind that we cannot register the discount code / gift certificate afterwards on an already placed order.

All our gift certificates have a validity of 2 years, so you have plenty of time to find something that you like.

Sometimes, the order confirmation may be categorized as spam. Please check an extra time if it can be found in that folder.
